Unofficial DeSmuME PSP Useless Edition is a moditified version of SofiyaCat's port of DeSmuME.
Installation
NDS file must be named test.nds and in the same folder as EBOOT.PBP. You don't need any bios files.
User guide
It is slow (usually under 3.5 FPS if it ever runs), and will never be full speed.
