NesterJ 1.12 for 3.xx PSP

NesterJ 1.12 for 3.xx is a Famicom/Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) emulator for the PSP.

This has been updated to support 3.xx, based on NesterJ v1.11 by Ruka.
