VCS CheatDevice is a plugin for GTA/Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories developed by Edison Carter.
It features all kinds of cheats for your VCS game, such as hover cars and bikes, infinite health and ammo, gravity distortion, and more. It also features a built-in screenshot function and video recorder.
Installation
Please use either one of the provided prx file according to the Firmware version of your PSP.
- vcscheatdevice.prx - For version 3.03OE-C, 3.10OE-A up to 3.52OE-A.
- vcscheatdevice371.prx - For 3.71 M33 or newer firmwares.
To install, copy the cheats folder and the respective prx file to the seplugins folder on your Memory Stick.
Open game.txt in the same seplugins directory (create it if not already there) and add either one of the following line, based on the prx file you use
ms0:/seplugins/vcscheatdevice.prx ms0:/seplugins/vcscheatdevice371.prx
In the Recovery menu, go into Plugins and enable vcscheatdevice.prx.

This plugin supports the US version (ULUS-10160).
VCS Button Cheats List
Developer warned not to save after using cheats as some of them cannot be disabled.
(L1 and R1 are the L-Trigger and the R-Trigger on the PSP console respectively.)
