SoundEffects is a homebrew that allows you to play different sound effects by pressing buttons.
You can chose a sound then go to another sound and use two sounds to make something hillarious. Or use it in every day life.
All sounds that have been added to sound effects have been tested so that you can use them in every day life, or with some jokes.
Installation
Move the Sound effects folder into ms0:/PSP/GAME/.
