Sirens (Chinese), formerly named CoolPlater, is a music player for the PSP.

Supported formats include APE, FLAC, TTA, WAVPACK, MP3, OGG, WMA, MP4A(AAC), CUE.

Controls

Main:

Circle - Play/Pause

Square - Save current playlist

Triangle - Add music to the playlist (to add an entire directory, in the dialog box, select a directory, and press Square)

Cross - Delete the currently selected music from the list

Up/Down - Go up/down

Left/Right - Move the selected music up/down in the list

L/R - Jump to the beginning/end of the list

Selec+Square - Switch play mode (single play, single loop, sequence play, loop play, random play)

Select+Triangle - Switch playlists (up to 10 playlists)

Select+Cross - Switch the display language

Select+Start - Exit the program

Music player:

Circle - Stop and return to the main interface

Square - Play/Pause

L/R - Previous/Next song

Select - Switch play mode (single play, single loop, sequence play, loop play, random play)

2006/07/19

  • Fixed a bug when reading ogg's tag;
  • Use the mp3info code in ereader to fix the error of reading mp3 tag.
  • Fix bugs when playing mp3, remove background noise.
  • Using ffmpeg-wma decoding in ereader, adding wma support, but not testing, it is estimated that there are still problems.
  • Adjust playback parameters of wavpack format, improve decoding speed, and eliminate broken sound.
  • Added a resample process to all lossy formats, so that sounds with a sample rate other than 44.1K can also be played.
