This is a remake of an action game Robin to the Rescue that was released for the Commodore 16/Plus4 in 1985.
It has been rewritten with GB-Studio, available on GameBoy Color and 3DS.
Installation
Available in CIA format for the Nintendo 3DS virtual console.
Install the .cia file with a title manager of your choice.
User guide
Guide Robin to the Heroic journey through Notthingham Castle, to rescue maid Marian (Marion) from the evil sheriff. You will encounter many hazards, as you scale the castle walls and climb the battlements.
Extra guards have been posted, and Robin must collect the keys along the way, to save Marian (Marion) from a mysterious fate.
You have to guide Robin Hood through 6 chapters to reach your beloved lady. The more points you collect, the bigger you can become a hero. At the end of a chapter, you get bonus points depending on how many lives you have left. 60 points for 3 lives, 40 points for 2 lives and 20 points for 1 life.
