A simple plugin that displays the PSP's CPU clock.
Based on a sample created by Zooner.
Installation
Copy cpucheck.prx in ms0:/seplugins/.
Add the following line in vsh.txt, game.txt and/or pops.txt
ms0:/seplugins/cpucheck.prx 1
Then reset VSH from the Recovery Menu.
