Patch file to allow you to run Night In The Woods on the PS Vita.
Night In The Woods is an adventure game focused on exploration, story, and character, featuring dozens of characters to meet and lots to do across a lush, vibrant world. The game was developed by Infinite Fall, a team up of Alec Holowka (Aquaria), Scott Benson (Late Night Work Club), and Bethany Hockenberry.
Instructions
The game requires the game assets in order to run, you can purchase the game on GOG.com (version 406). Only Windows version is supported.
Also it is recommended overclocking the device with PSVshell.
GOG Version
- Install the VPK file with VitaShell or vitadb.
- Extract the NightInTheWoodsVitaGOG.zip.
- Put the game's folder (
../GOG/night in the woods/Night in the Woods_Data) inside the extracted folder (make sure there is no Config.ini file, if there is one, delete it). - Launch
ApplyPatch.batand wait (may take 15-25 minutes depending on the system). - Let it finish and there should be a .ZIP file named
NightInTheWoodsVITA.zip. - Turn up VitaShell, connect your PS Vita to your PC and copy the contents of the .ZIP file
(Zip file should be around 240MB-250MB before unpacking)over to ux0:app/NITW22222/. - Click on "Replace the files in destination" when it asks you to.
- Launch the game and have fun.

Known issues
- Low Quality/Non Working audio in some scenarios.
- Textures not being displayed properly(misaligned, cut out).
- Improper controller button icons in some places.
