Neopop for 3DS Neo Geo Pocket/Color emulator, based on NeoPop emulator.
Installation
Copy neopop folder to 3ds folder on your SD card.
Copy a .ngc file into neopop folder and rename it to rom.ngc.
Execute neopop.3dsx through the Homebrew Launcher.
User guide
You can delete the neo2.bin file to remove the default border, which is just a bmp file with the skin (or swap out with another skin if you want).

Known issues
No sound and only allow to have one rom.

- Now is faster and smooth, but not enough.
- Edit2: Uploaded again, last compilation was loading 'sonic.ngc', now it search for 'rom.ngc'.
