"Guess it!" is a multiplayer game designed for 2 - 100 players. The players (or teams) will take turns and each one must guess an image in their corresponding turn. Depending on the category, the image could be related to books, movies, paintings, and more.

There is also a customization tool, so anyone can create new categories and make his own personalized "Guess it!" version.

This homebrew was participated in the KyûHEN Homebrew Contest.

User guide

1 vs. 1 matches are more casual than competitive since opponents give clues to their rivals. It could be a good way for teams to practice. Once you select a category, the game will start. Players are named BLUE and RED. BLUE's turn is first, followed by RED. During a player's turn, the player must hold the PS Vita in front of their forehead and press L or R to confirm they already have it in position. Then the opponent must give the player clues to try and guess what is seen in the image.

Clues can be mimics, quotes, or depictions. The player can ask for up to 3 clues, no more. After receiving the three clues, the player will have one guess to name the image. Once they say their answer, the player can take away the console from their forehead and verify whether they nailed it or not. Once the player verifies if their answer is correct or not by looking at what is shown on the screen, they can press X to set the score. The game will ask whether or not they nailed it and, with that, the turn is over. The player must pass the PS Vita to their opponent. Repeat the previous steps for each round of the game.

After all rounds are finished the player that has a higher score of correct guesses will win the game.

Team matches are usually competitive. Each team can have from 2 to 50 members. Once you select a category, the game will start. Teams are named BLUE and RED. BLUE's turn is first, followed by RED. Per turn, one member of the team (the guesser) must hold the PS Vita in front of their forehead and press L or R to confirm they already have it in position. Then their teammates must give the guesser clues to try and guess what is seen in the image. Clues can be mimics, quotes, or depictions. The guesser can ask for up to 3 clues, no more.

After receiving the three clues, the guesser will have one guess to name the image. Once they say their answer, the guesser can take away the console from their forehead and verify whether they nailed it or not. Once the guesser verifies if their answer is correct or not by looking at what is shown on the screen, they can press X to set the score. The game will ask whether or not they nailed it and, with that, the turn is over. The guesser must pass the PS Vita to the opponent team. Repeat the previous steps for each round of the game. Team members will rotate the guesser position on each team's turn. After all rounds are finished the team that has a higher score of correct guesses will win the game.

(There is a nice surprise for all of in the game. Take a look at how you can exit the game on the main menu.)
