DAPESi, also known as Drawing And Picture Editing Software Improved, is a painting application based upon a prior release of DAPES v3.0.1 from the same creator Shaolan (Elesthor). According to the developer this improved version is made from scratch, using a Lua library and can be reused utilizing Lua Widget Library.
It was submitted to the NEO Spring Coding Compo 2009 (NDS App).
