Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE, a Japanese crossover RPG, was originally published by Atlus in 2015 for the Nintendo Wii U. When the game was released in the West, some content changes were made to comply with Nintendo's guidelines and regional regulations, including the removal and modifications of revealing outfits, as well as alterations to certain scene and dialog.
In 2020, the re-release for Nintendo Switch had all North American/European changes applied to the Japanese regional version. The purpose of this patch was to restore some of the content that had been removed in the initial Western release.

Restore voice
If you have Wii U Japanese version loadiine format game, you can use CriToolpack decompress two version /Pack/pack_040_sound.cpk, copy Wii U version /pack_040_sound/Sound/Voice/Jp/*.adx voice file to the Switch version, replace all same files and rebuild to new cpk.
