According to TV Tropes, there are effectively two separate versions of Milky Holmes:
The games, OVAs, and Futari wa Milky Holmes spin-off anime series are relatively serious, while the group, Milky Holmes, are competent detectives.
The first two anime series are much wackier, in which Milky Holmes, as well as their rival and enemy groups, become incompetent and simple-minded failures.
This patch translates the first visual novel, Tantei Opera Milky Holmes, into English. Everything is translated except for some system messages (”checking memory stick”, etc…) and Quick Time Events videos (mostly just shouted names commanding one of the Milky Holmes group to use their powers).

Instructions:
- Open DeltaPatcherLite.exe
- Enter the location of the original ISO file in "Original file".
- Enter the location of the xdelta patch file in "Xdelta patch".
- Check "Keep original file" if you don't want to overwrite your original ISO.
- Click "Apply patch" and wait.
