Ghost House War, also known as Super Mario War: Halloween Edition, is a mod of Super Mario War v1.8.
It contains the same fun as Super Mario War, but with a little spookier of a tone.

D-Pad Left/Right - Move left/right
A - Jump
D-Pad Down+A - Jump down certain platform
X - Turbo, Release X to throw items
X+D-Pad Left/Right - Run
Y - Use Item
Start - Pause
Back - Exit
