Pre-Teen Wasteland is a music cartridge by Sloopygoop, made for Game Boy Competition 2021.
Installation
Playable in the browser or by downloading the ROM on itch.io.

Compatibility
This program will look best on a Game Boy Color, but you should still be able to enjoy it whatever method you use.
Known issues
The "Audio Mode" should work pretty well. Unfortunately, visual mode has some bugs including not being able to exit out of certain videos without restarting the program (one doesn't even play the music for some reason).
These are marked in the program with an exclamation point. It's probably worth a reset to check 'em out.
Changelog
UPDATE 2021/11/06
- All videos can be accessed, and exited from! (except for the secret "credits" box. This is still not in its final form and things need to be tweaked and refined, but it's a much better package.
UPDATE 2021/10/19
- The current version of the program finally reflects the buggy thing I thought I uploaded on 9/30/21. All videos can be accessed as indicated, though not all videos can be exited from within the program. The "Hiway" video has no sound. I hope to upload a completely functioning version soon.

- Track 7 is 100% indebted to a sheet music scribe at Hal Leonard.
The artwork for tracks 2, 3, and 7 was sourced from various parts of the internet/a Far Side calendar.
All other artwork is original, minus the fonts used.

Kirby's costume is not accurate to the character in the opera.
