PSPBriscola is a port of an Italian card game Briscola made by Rinnegatamante. The game includes a simple tutorial, 2 different game modes with customisable themes.

This homebrew is made in Lua (LPHM7 for the card game and LPHM8 for the in-game updater), using vlflib from the same author. It is available in 3 languages: Italian, English and Spanish.

It has been entered to the PSP Genesis Competition 2011.

User guide

The game has 2 playing modes:

  • Local Game (Multiplayer with a single PSP).
  • Single Player (With three different difficulties).

Briscola has a deck of 40 cards distributed in 4 suits numbered from 1 to 10. You will learn all the basics in the tutorial.

Matches are completely customizable. You can change background, deck used, background's music.

There is also an update system to update homebrew to the latest version without a PC (using socket with your PSP).
