This is an unofficial patch that fully translates both discs of Ore no Imōto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai Portable ga Tsuzuku Wake ga Nai into English:
- Disc 1 - Remastered version of the original first PSP game. Re-released with Tsuzuku. Patch goes here.
- Disc 2 - Sequel with after stories, continuing from the content of Disc 1.

How to apply the patch:
- Get your ISO file ready (rip it from the UMD/PSN copy).
- Drag the ISO file and drop it on patch.bat.
How to turn legal PSN copy to patched ISO:
- Purchase Oreimo Tsuzuku PSP from the PlayStation Store (tutorial).
- Extract OreimoPSNRipTools.zip.
- Install Media Go and login to your Japanese PSN Account using Media Go.
- Download Oreimo PSP to your computer by accessing Store and the Download List button on the top right.
- Locate Downloaded files at default directory Documents\Media Go\Downloads.
- Start PSN.PKG.Decryptor.&.Extractor.v1.74a-LMAN.
- Convert JP0700-NPJH50568_00-0000000000000001.pkg into ISO.
- Now drag and drop NPJH-50568.iso to the patch.bat. And that's it.
User guide
The plot of Oreimo Tsuzuku is a spin-off to the light novel series' first 12 volumes and a sequel to the first PSP game, Oreimo Portable. The story begins with the player playing as Kyousuke Kousaka experiencing a dream, asking the player to describe their girlfriend or person of affection, eventually waking up, and choosing a route based on available options.
Being a sequel to the previous game, most routes begin with Kyousuke already dating the route heroine. In addition, some routes will reference events from the previous game, though not all routes are a direct sequel to the previous game's storyline.

Known issues
Backlog Crashes:
- Accessing the backlog in the game has the risk of the game crashing while you're scrolling through the backlog.
- Currently the game has the potential to crash if you access the backlog in.
- Kirino's Route (playing SisxSis together).
- Please save often.
