The patch is in IPS format, you can use either Lunar IPS or Floating IPS to install the patch.
User guide
We got a message that the Space Pirates are trying to clone Ridley after I killed him on my mission on Zebes. They succeeded with the clone and injected him the ability to be immun to ice. They send him on a test mission to freeze an entire Planet.
I followed Ice-Ridley to the Planet and explored it as Ice-Ridley froze the Planet. I saw all the friendly creatures freeze in front of me... my Varia suit saved me. Now I gotta kill Ice-Ridley and unfreeze the planet.
