This is Kitchen Acadamy, a puzzle platform game on the Game Boy Advance.
The homebrew was presented in the GBAX 2004 Coding Competition.
User guide
You have to go through each level, collect all the pizza slices on each level, then get to the microwave before the time runs out.
Some pizzas are being guarded by dogs, so you will have to get the colour coordinated sauasages to get past them. Also, there is ice that you can slip on; blow torches that can melt the ice; water to drown in; mops to clean the water up.
Some levels can only be completed by doing things in a certain order, so be prepared to restart the same level over and over again because you are either stuck or out of time.
