This is a hybrid application which will require Windows. The tool itself is for Windows and will output a .GBA file with pictures, which can be viewed on real hardware.
Installation
To install the program, simply run the executable in the archive.
This also installs an uninstaller (which actually uninstalls the entire project).
User guide
By generating the Rom, the images are reduced so that the size corresponds to the GBA resolution (240x160), respecting the ratio.
The images are then compressed (lossless, it's LZ).
Once the Rom is generated, just flash it or watch it in an emulator.
Controls
GBA:
Select - Open the explorer
D-Pad/R/L - Scroll (explorer)
A/Start - Confirm (explorer)
A - Show/Hide information of the image
L/R - Switch from one image to another
