User guide
The game is like Tetris in which you try to tap the corresponding colored button for blocks adjacent to your location, and you have to fill the entire rectangle with the same color in so many moves.
That's probably the reason for the name, "flood-it", since your are essentially flooding the entire screen with the same color or trying to at least.
