Beastmaster and Prince Switch port (猛獣使いと王子様 ～Flower ＆ Snow～ for Nintendo Switch) full English translation patch.

Installation

Extract the patch using 7zip or WinZip (Extract here command). You should get a folder named 01001B900C0E2000.

For Switch (requires Atmosphere or sxos that supports LayeredFS):

  • Atmosphere version > 0.9.4: Copy the patch into /atmosphere/contents/.
  • Atmosphere version <= 0.9.4: Copy the patch into /atmos.phere/titles/.
  • SXOS: Copy the patch into /sxos/titles/.

For Yuzu:

  • Right-click on the game and click Open mod data location. Create a folder named EnglishPatch.
  • Go to the patch, open 01001B900C0E2000 folder, cut the romfs folder from here then paste it into EnglishPatch folder that you just created.

For Ryujinx:

  • Right-click on the game and click Open mod data folder.
  • Copy the romfs folder inside 01001B900C0E2000 into this folder.

User guide

In the Kingdom of Cattleya, you dream to be a skillful beastmaster like your mother...When you're looking for a beast of your own, you run into these four animals on the street. After a while, you eventually find out that they can speak a human language.

To your surprise, they are actually the missing princes from the Kingdom of Fasan! They confess that a curse turned them into beasts. Get ready to set out on a journey to break the curse!

Known issues

  • On the naming screen, Back and Confirm button is misplaced. Please use Back button to confirm MC’s name. This has been fixed in the v1.0 complete patch version.
  • If you don’t want to use Japanese MC name, just click on Default and go with Tiana. The game won’t display the full default MC name on the naming screen, but it’s still Tiana in-game.

  • Complete patch release. The game’s dialogue scripts are fully translated, except for system messages, graphics, and the extra stories.

  • Initial patch v0.1 release. The patch contains only the common route and Lucia route.
