In 1984, Nintendo released the NES game Balloon Fight. Despite its relatively simple fixed-screen visuals, it has earned it a strong fan base due to its cooperative gameplay, reminiscent of Mario Bros (or rather, interfering with each other), unique controls, and the sensation of floating.
While the original game has three game modes, this homebrew port focuses on the single-player mode Balloon Trip. It also includes a high-score saving feature.
User guide
In this horizontal scrolling action, you control the player to fly across the ocean while avoiding the lightning on the screen. Although you don't necessarily need to collect the balloons, they significantly impact your score.
