The Auto Wiiware Patcher is a utility that can be used to patch existing WAD files of a WiiWare game, enabling the game to connect to Wiimmfi.

Installation

Download the newest version of the Auto Wiiware Patcher from the release page and extract it.

Then take the WAD files you'd like to patch, put them into the folder corresponding to your operating system, and then run the patcher.sh file (Linux/Mac) or patcher.bat file (Windows). Follow the instructions and the patcher will create a new WAD file that you can install on your Wii with a WAD Manager.

Windows users:

  • Double click the "WiiWarePatcher.bat" script to run it. After starting up the patcher, follow the instructions on screen.
  • Also, don't forget to put .WADs into the folder with patcher.

Mac/Linux users:

  • Simply run the patcher.sh script in the same directory as the wads you wish to patch.

It is recommended to install these WADs with WiiMod Lite.
