Airball GBA is an unofficial port of Airball released on the Atari ST in 1987.

The graphics of the game are from the Atari version and the music is a remix written by David Lecerf. As for the levels, it contains 280 levels from the original Atari version, and 670 levels from the extended version of the Amiga.

User guide

The hero (that you play as) has been transformed into a bubble (not really waterproof). The story begins in the castle of the sorcerer who played this trick on you and to restore your original appearance, he asks you to fetch his spell book lost in the shallows of his castle.

Of course the rooms are stuffed with sharp or prickly objects that can cause you to burst. Moreover, as you are not waterproof, you have a bad tendency to deflate, fortunately you can make use of the inflatating station, but be careful not to abuse it, if the pressure is too strong, you risk of exploding.

As a simple bubble, you also have no pockets, so you will only be able to carry one item at a time, so sometimes you have to think about which item is really useful to carry.
