This is an applet forwarder for the AA-Reboot application, which reboots to a hekate.bin payload on the root of the SD card.
User guide
To use this applet forwarder, make sure you have AA-Reboot installed and a hekate.bin file on the root of your sd card. You need a linked/fakelinked user account too because otherwise the applet won't start.
Tip: If you have only one user, you can activate "Skip Selection Screen" in the settings, to start the AA-Reboot instantly.
Notes
This replaces the 0100000000001010 Applet using LayerdFS to start the AA-Reboot.nro at sdmc:/switch/AA-Reboot.nro.
0100000000001010 is the "Nintendo Switch Online Applet" on the homescreen but keep in mind it also replaces the LoginApplet, the ShareApplet and the LobbyApplet.
This shouldn't matter as the Loginapplet is inaccessible in CFW due to the Nintendo servers are blocked. The Shareapplet is accessible but can't be used because you can't post pictures because the Nintendo servers are blocked.
Compatibility
Mariko and OLED variants are untested.
