This is an English translation patch for 7th Dragon 2020-II for the PlayStation Portable. 7th Dragon 2020-II is a role playing game for the PlayStation Portable. The game was released in Japan only.
It is a direct sequel to 7th Dragon 2020. Producer Rieko Kodama (Phantasy Star, Skies of Arcadia), composer Yuzo Kushiro (Streets of Rage, Etrian Odyssey) and character designer Shirow Miwa (Dogs, Kiznaiver) return, as does Hatsune Miku herself.
Both 7th Dragon 2020 and 7th Dragon 2020-II have been translated into English by Pokeytax.

The patch is distrubuted in xdelta format, meant to be applied using an xdelta patching utility,
You can apply the patch with either xdelta UI (Win), Delta Patcher (Win/Linux) or MultiPatch (macOS).
User guide
Translation Notes
The translation likely contains some errors, but should not impact your enjoyment. It is somewhat better than 7th Dragon 2020's translation, which was significantly better than 7th Dragon DS's.
Ordinarily, a preference is to slavishly follow official localizations, but the situation becomes tricky with this game being a direct sequel to 7th Dragon 2020. Many references would cause confusion if suddenly switching to follow VFD. Therefore, the rough order of precedence is 2020 > VFD > DS; prioritizing Lucier over Rushe and Emille over Emel. This should not be interpreted as a knock on the localization of VFD, which was solid.
While bits of Japanese text remain in the game, their meaning is generally redundant to English text already on screen. The full-screen splash screens are translated in the corner.

This patch has been tested on PC in PPSSPP. It may run on jpcsp and other platforms, but you're on your own.
