A proper GUI recovery for the reset image, intended for enso_ex.

User guide
Extract and decrypt current firmware PUP, flash os0 to the sd2vita, copy over the files then boot holding Start.
It should also work with a cloned EMMC in dual-nand mode.
Note: Select is raw recovery (raw code blob flashed to sd2vita) and Start is either full EMMC or os0 redirect which recoVery uses.
