This plugin disables the Volume Down button.

Only useful in case your Vol- button is stuck and not able to increase the volume.

Installation

Copy buttonblk.prx to ms0:/seplugins/.

Add the following lines to game.txt and vsh.txt 

ms0:/seplugins/buttonblk.prx 1

Reset VSH from the Recovery Menu.
