Installation
Copy EffectsMB.prx to ms0:/seplugins/.
Open vsh.txt and add this line to it:
ms0:/seplugins/EffectsMB.prx 1
Turn on PSP while holding R trigger to boot into Recovery Mode and reset VSH.
Controls
L/R - Toggle effects (all the way to the left = no effect)
