PBP Unpacker/Packer is a Windows tool for unpacking and repacking EBOOT.PHP.
User guide
Place an EBOOT.PBP in the same folder as the Unpacker/Packer.
Open the Unpacker/Packer, choose an Option and wait until it finishes.
