ndsMandel is a fractal browser for the NintendoDS. It's been compiled on a Dell Inspiron 1501 using devkitPro 1.4.4 and PAlib 070717beta.

It was presented in the Dev-fr Coding Compo 2007 with Evolution theme, sponsored by DS-X, ranked 8th under App section and to the neoflash summer compo 2007(winner).

Installation

Download and extract file.

DLDI patch it and copy it to the root directory of the card.

User guide

ndsMandel currently features the world famous Mandelbrot set displayed as a fractal, aka Appleman which is infinitely browsable and whose colour and details (how many different steps within the iterations are marked) are customisable.

It also supports saving the current screen to disk by using DLDI (note that this function is untested).
