Downloads and installs homebrews and plugins from VPKMirror directly on your PS Vita.
Note: Please use VitaDB Downloader instead.
User guide
Upon launching, it will run the browser and open vpkmirror.com, let you choose and download your homebrew from there, and then will install it.
