StemLoader is an application similar to b0xLoader for the PS3, it can be used for easily launching and testing/playing SELF (Vita executable) files, that either you or others have created, within a single app.
It may be a little more useful to developers, more than anything, however it's possible just to use it as a place to launch several small apps/homebrews in one place.
Installation
Place SELFs and contents for SELF into the root of StemLoader (ux0:app/STEM00001/).
