ReLink is a homebrew for PS Vita that can change the online id for re-use PS4 link in 3.60. Based on the tutorial by Yifanlu.
Note: ReLink need extended permission for write on ur0:. Please use at your own risk.
User guide
When you use PS4 link, the Vita will attempt to log-in to PSN and prompt you to update. If you cancel out, then it will still work.
If you don't want to be annoyed by the prompt again, you can install Vita netcheck Bypass.
