This is a program for creating CHX cheat files, which can be used in SNES9x and VirtuaNES emulators for the the 3DS.
The program was written completly in MS Small Basic 1.2.
Features
- Add, Edit, Delete and Sort cheats in a table.
- Save and load your work as a CSV-File.
- Create the CHX-File with ease.
- English and German versions.
User guide
You need .NET Framework 4.0 or higher to run it.
There are some samples included in the program folder.
