This is a standalone plugin that takes the screenshot feature from FreeCheat.
It takes screenshots in JPG format (the file size is around 20-40 KB).
Installation
Copy the SYS folder and screen.prx to ms0:/seplugins/.
Add the following line to vsh.txt, game.txt and/or pops.txt
ms0:/seplugins/screen.prx 1
Reset VSH from the Recovery Menu.
