NoLockScreen is a plugin that allows you to disable lockscreen on PS Vita startup/resume.
Downside of this is however that the passcode control will be bypassed too.
Installation
Copy nolockscreen.suprx to ux0:tai/ or ur0:tai/.
Edit tai/config.txt and enable it in *main as follows (change to ur0 if you store the plugin there)
*main ux0:tai/nolockscreen.suprx
Compatibility
Works on 3.60 and 3.67.
