This is a program for creating CHX cheat files, which can be used in SNES9x and VirtuaNES emulators for the 3DS.

The program was written completely in MS Small Basic 1.2.

Features

Add, Edit, Delete and Sort cheats in a table.
Save and load your work as a CSV-File.
Create the CHX-File with ease.
English and German versions.

User guide

You need .NET Framework 4.0 or higher to run it.

There are some samples included in the program folder.
