Installation
Put PRXInfo.txt and PRXInfoEng.prx in ms0:/seplugins/.
Choose the language by editing PRXInfo.txt.
Open ms0:/seplugins/vsh.txt and add the following line
ms0:/SEPLUGINS/PRXInfoEng.prx 1
Reset VSH in Recovery.
