UTag is a Wii U plugin that sends the titles you play to your RiiTag, a customizable gamertag for Wii U users that dynamically updates to show what games you've been playing.

Installation

First, set up RiiTag key:

• Visit the RiiTag website, log in with your Discord account (requires authorization).
• On the top right of the screen. click your profile > Edit RiiTag to customize your tag, then save your changes.
• On the top right of the screen. click your profile > Account, click copy under your RiiTag private key.
• (Notes: Be cautious not to share your RiiTag key.)

Then connect the SD card to your computer:

• Copy utag.wps to sd:/wiiu/environments/aroma/plugins.
• Create a text file in sd:/wiiu/utag.txt and paste your RiiTag key into it.

This step is only required if you are using USB Loader GX:

• On the RiiTag website, go to your profile > Account, and download Wiinnertag.xml.
• Connect the SD card (containing USB Loader GX data) to your computer.
• Copy the XML file to sd:/apps/usbloader_gx.
• Run USB Loader GX, in Settings > Features, enable Wiinnertag.
• Ensure Initialize Network is on.
• Exit USB Loader GX.

This step is only required if you are using WiiFlow:

• Connect the SD card (containing WiiFlow data) to your computer.
• Open sd:/apps/wiiflow/wiiflow.ini using a text editor, edit these lines:
  • gamercards=wiinnertag
  • wiinnertag_url=https://tag.rc24.xyz/wii?game={ID6}&key={KEY}
  • wiinnertag_key=<key> (replace <key> with your RiiTag key).
  • gamercards_enable=yes
• Save changes.
