Silver Falls - Gaiden Deathly Delusion Destroyers is a Battle RPG for the Nintendo 3DS developed and published by Sungrand Studios. It is part of the Silver Falls horror game series and holds the distinction of being one of the final titles to launch on the Nintendo 3DS eShop before its closure. The game was originally released on March 9, 2023.

Installation

The game is distributed as a CIA file (approximately 120 MB).

Install the .cia file using a title manager of your choice (such as FBI 3DS).

Important: If you already have save data for this game on your console, back up your save data before installing this CIA file. Installing the CIA through unofficial (homebrew) methods will erase existing save data. Back up your save file first, install the CIA, then restore your backup save file.

Story

People have been going missing recently in the forests surrounding the quiet mountain town of Silver Falls. Hikers, hunters, and fishers from out of town seem unaware of something sinister lurking in the shadows. Gus Ironcock is a contented delivery driver whose world is turned upside down when the most important person in his life becomes one of the many people who have disappeared into the forest.

Gameplay

Gaiden Deathly Delusion Destroyers is a Battle RPG featuring a deeply complex character customization and battle system. Unlike open-world RPGs, players do not need to navigate a massive environment. Story events take place after completing missions, ensuring players don't get lost even if they've taken a break in between play sessions.

The game also comes packaged with Ruby River, an open world survival and crafting experience. In Ruby River, players can explore a massive environment, harvest materials from trees and bushes, collect crafting materials to create weapons and armor, and hunt for ingredients to cook dozens of unique dishes.

Compatible with all models of Nintendo 3DS.

Citra has a tendency to sometimes freeze on loading screens. If this occurs, close and restart the emulator. The game always auto-saves, so no progress is lost.
