This is my first actual C program so excuse me if my coding is bad.
This tool is used to automate the process of editing levels in SpeedX3D.
Changelog

- V2: Fix, added random/all selections, added all bonuses, added V2 description to program
- V3: Added Zones, Added Changelog, Added Edit File Feature, but still experimental, Added Announcements
- V4: Split files with Code::Blocks
