Super Mega Runners Vita is a PS Vita port of Super Mega Runners (by Namicom), a retro-style run and jump platformer originally available on Android and iOS.
Because this is the product of a decompilation, the source code is not public; the GitHub repository is only for releases and bug reports.
Installation
- Find the APK file for version 10.0 of the game and extract it.
- Download the
datafiles.zipandsmrun.vpkfrom the Release page. - Install
smrun.vpkon your PS Vita. - Extract
datafiles.zipon your PC in a folder of your preference. - From the APK files, copy all the files to the
smrunfolder in the datafiles folder. - Run
patch_files.bat. - Extract the contents of the generated
data.zipfile and copy it toux0:app/SMRV00000/.
Controls

Known issues
- Some shaders look bad (but they are minor details).
- Buying coins doesn't work (and probably never will).
- Lag when there are too many objects on screen.
- There's a "view ad" button but it doesn't work (and probably never will).
- There's a share button but it doesn't work (and probably never will).
- Initial loading takes a bit.
