I would like to update this page, but don't want to be disprectful to the original author and am querying how would be most appropriate to do this.

This version of the application (UStealth) requires the legacy .net framework installed to function which is quite inconveient (and less than ideal).

I have a friend who has updated this application based upon the existing google code and created two modern version. One a micorosoft store app (search U-Stealth), and another CLI version.

Would it be appropriate to update the existing page with the details here as this is a fork of the origianl code or is there a better way?
