A wheel spinner app for the 3DS.
You can customize the options and let it randomly select an item from a list.
The list you create will persist between sessions of the app.
Controls
Y - Add a new option
A - Spin the wheel
Press on the text on item to change what it says.
Press on the cross to remove an item.
