This is a fan-made modification for Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition that aims to restore authenticity to the original Japanese source material, prioritizing it over alterations made for Western localization.
Unlike official translations, which often adapt content for broader accessibility, this project seeks to preserve the original naming conventions, terminology, and cultural intent as conceived by the developers.
This includes:
- Restoring original Japanese names for main and non-playable characters (NPCs).
- Reverting location and terminology changes to their original forms.
- Standardizing terminology across the Xenoblade series.
