UnBlue Mii is a homebrew system tool for the Nintendo Wii developed by ResidentNintendoNerd. Its primary function is to modify the System IDs of all Miis on the console to match the console's own ID, effectively removing the write protection that causes Miis to appear with "blue pants," which indicates they are uneditable.
This application makes permanent changes to the Wii's NAND. Therefore, users are strongly advised to back up their Mii database file (/shared2/menu/FaceLib/RFL_DB.dat) and have a NAND backup using tools like BootMii or Priiloader before proceeding.
How to use
To use UnBlue Mii, create a Mii named "UnBlue Mii" in the Mii Channel before running the application. This Mii is used to obtain the console's System ID and can be deleted after the first run.
