Qui veut gagner des millions (Who Wants to Be a Millionaire) is a PSP adaptation of the "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?"
User guide
Who Wants to Be a Millionaire is a popular television quiz show where contestants answer a series of increasingly difficult multiple-choice questions for a chance to win a million dollars. The show was originally created in the UK and has since been adapted in numerous countries worldwide.
To assist contestants, there are usually three "jokers" or lifelines available:
- 50:50 - Removes two incorrect answers.
- Phone a friend - The contestant can call a friend to help answer the question.
- Ask the audience - The audience votes on the correct answer.

Start - Select
Start - Go back (in the credits)
In game:
Cross - Select
L/R - Select jokers
Select - Confirm a joker
