A homebrew application that allows you to capture webcam snapshots from a webcam and send them to your DS.
It was released for the DS Dev Compo 2006 (App).
Notes:
- You must have .NET framework 2.0 installed on your computer for the server.
- You must have a WFC Connection working.
- Uses port TCP 9998/9999.
Controls
Start - Send a connect message if you are disconnected
L - Show last sent/received messages

Known issues
Known limitations/bugs:
- Won't work if the main windows is hidden or minimized (busy on it).
- Won't send big text (more than 300chars, but should be enough for everyone).
- Program running slowly when webcam is on.
